The Legend of Zelda: Adventure of Link

AoL is the second Zelda game ever made. It is the sequel to the most popular action RPG of all time. In this game Hyrule is once again under attack from the evil Gannon. The story goes: Princess Zelda has had a sleeping spell cast on her. You must go to seven castles and find seven crystals and then revive poor sleeping Zelda. To do this, you must kill all sorts of monsters and, of course, kill Gannon. In each castle you get a new item. One such item is a candle that will allow you to see inside the dark caves.

The game play in this game is very interesting. The graphics switch from an over the top view (when you're on the main map) to a side scroller (when in castles or when you get attacked). You either love this or hate it. You also get several spells during the course of the game. Most of them are useless but others are vital to completing the game. Many people consider this to be one of the worst Zelda games but, if you are a fan of the Zelda games, this is definitely one you should try.
